My Story
I am passionate about developing Judaic studies curricula that have a profound and meaningful impact on children’s learning.

I graduated with both an MA and Ed.D. in Jewish Education and Administration. While in graduate school, I researched factors contributing to teacher satisfaction and conducted a secondary analysis studying teacher satisfaction in Jewish day schools. Little did I realize at the time, the extent to which this research would impact and shape my later work in curriculum development and coaching!

For over 20 years, I had the privilege of working in elementary and middle schools, where I grew increasingly excited about the learning process and how it drives curriculum development. I then left the classroom to follow my passion and focused on curriculum development full-time. Within a few years, I expanded and founded Judaic Studies by Design, where I now enjoy partnering with schools and taking a fresh and thoughtful look at their curriculum in a way that will directly impact classroom instruction, engagement, and assessment. I am there to serve the school as a friendly and supportive resource and collaborator. Whether aligning, standardizing, or enriching a curriculum, I strive to help schools achieve a curriculum that reflects their beliefs, goals, and culture.
